Drive the local market research plan based on local needs, and secure the research plan implementation in a professional way · Collect the needs for market (PMA, consumers, and customers) understanding and formulate the local research plan based on thinking how to support the brand establish and commercial priorities. · Work together with research vendors and secure the research quality. · Give relevant input and prepare highlights on local research. YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include: Knowledge · A strong understanding of IKEA Marketing. · Very good understanding about statistics, research method and data analysis · Good background could be either behaviour science (psychology, sociology, anthropology) OR economic/finance with an interest in consumer behaviour.
